It’s been a crazy last few weeks of 2020 and it spilled a little into 2021. You know when you meet your out of pocket-you have to get your visits in with no money! I am ready to dive back into crafting!

I made this card for any LOVE occasion plus it was our technique for this month card club. With the COVID cases rising, we all opted to do a virtual club. I wanted to use a technique that everyone could do from home. It even includes a video tutorial on how to make the card and there is a special guest appearance in the video!
This technique can be used with any water based markers and an acrylic block. Add a spritz of water here and there and you have an amazing background!
This is a rare occasion to not stamp on a card! I did run the Melon Mambo piece through the SCEM (Stamp, Cut, Emboss Machine) with the Scripty Embossing Folder. I then adhered that to the Thick Basic White card base. The Basic White heart is punched out using the Heart Punch Pack. The detailed heart is cut out using Silver Foil and the Many Hearts dies.
In the video, I show how to create the Poppy Parade fine speckles and the Wink of Stella accents. It is finished off with the Whisper White ribbon from the Flowers for Every Season Ribbon combo pack and some Basic Jewels.
