I always thought poppies were red in color, but when I googled it, I found out there is a wide array of colors! So, I chose to use one of my favorite colors, Highland Heather! I love the stamp with a bunch of poppies! They make a wonderful focal point and it keeps the card simple!
I made this card for my quarterly team gathering and I will also showcase it for my February Sweet & Simple class! This card is so easy to make-you can finish it in 10 minuets! First, stamp the bunch of poppies with Memento Black ink and color with the Highland Heather Blends. Then adhere it to a Basic Black mat that has the Whisper White 1/4″ Crinkle Seam Ribbon. But, did you notice it was green?? I love white ribbon-you can always coordinate your card with Blends! I used the Dark Granny Apple Green for this one!

I finished it off with the single poppy stamped in color on color and the sentiment! Love love the way this card turned out!
Guess what is coming out today?? Coordination dies!!! Sqeee! As a demo, we were able to purchase them during the pre-order.
Check out all the cute dies as Brian shows you all the tips and tricks! He is a genuine and great guy! I have had the pleasure of talking to him several times and he has some great dance moves!
