I am in love with the Tropical Chic suite!! The colors are so fun and vibrant! But I have to admit that I didn’t look at this set as one of my first “have to have” sets. My friend used this suite and it just was love at first site! In fact this is a sneak peek of the Creative Class to Go for August! (more to come about that in August).
I have made 4 cards already with this set! This card was really simple to make but it has a lot of character! I cut a strip of Tropical Escape DSP. Then I cut a piece of Sparkle Glimmer paper a tad smaller than the Big Shot leaf die. Next, I took a piece of Basic Black and ran it through the Big Shot with the palm leaves cut outs. I then placed the glimmer paper behind the Basic Black with Glue Dots. I popped the whole piece up with Dimensionals and added the birthday sentiment.
I used the new Shaded Spruce ink pad….it is one of my favorites next to the Granny Apple Green!
