Swirly Bird Wreath

GKOQ5580

I have seen a ton of posts about how to use the Stamparatus to make a wreath pattern with ease!  Dawn Griffin has a wonderful tutorial that helped spark my creation!  I am holding a class on how to use the Stamparatus on August 5th!  There are so many wonderful tips and tricks that this tool can make stamp placement a piece of cake!

I started off with the Tea Room Specialty DSP for a fun color combination.  I used one of the fun patterned papers from the pack.  Then I used a strip of Crushed Curry to accent the side of the Costal Cabana card base.

I then used the stampartus and a template that I made using the Layering Squares dies.  I am in the process of making a video to show how fun you can have with this technique. GBDH4692

I followed the wreath with the Classic Label punch and a strip of Blackberry Bliss just a little bigger than the width and length of the punch.  Then I trimmed off the sides using the puched piece as a guide.  I then finished it off with Basic Rhinestones and some White Baker’s Twine.
