I had a blast making the border for this card using the Thinlits! I have also wanted to make a card using the Sheet Music background stamp-Christmas cards always look great with that in the back!
To make it pop, I cut a piece of Gold Foil the same size and placed it behind the Cherry Cobbler piece. I couldn’t stand not paper saving with my Gold Foil, so I cut out a Stitched Shape to use on another project. I love to paper save with the mat piece-all the extra paper that I can use for actual card bases instead of cutting into smaller pieces!
I then used the White Craft Ink to make it look like a chalkboard for the sentiment. Next, I double the Linen Thread to make the bow pop! I love how it turned out!
