Have you ever stepped out of your comfort zone while making a card? I definitely did with this one! I love the Pop of Pink DSP and this heart design that is in that pack. I then used the Sparkle embossing folder. It reminds me of the old signs in Vegas for some reason. I went with the bold colors for the cupcake too! Melon Mambo stamped off and full strength. Then added Rose Red for the little details.I figured I could make the sentiment a geometric shape by just fussy cutting. What do you think?
