Once you get past a certain age, my mom always would put 3 candles on the cake. One for life, one for strength, and one for good luck for the next year. So, I used her rule to make this card using Sweet Cupcake and the matching thinlits.
It is super quick since the dies cut out the candles and that it’s a 2-3 step stamping set! I love purple-so I used Rich Razzleberry and the Blooms & Bliss DSP! I started with randomly stamping the streamers and confetti with Sweet Sugarplum on the Sweet Sugarplum base. I then used the Rich Razzleberry for the main part of the candle and Blushing Bride for the background color of the candles. The flames I used Crushed Curry and then tipped the stamp with a Tangerine Tango Stampin’ Write Marker! Of course I used dimensionals! I go through those like I go through Wink of Stella clear, Burlap ribbon, and Snail!
