Cute Cat Card Idea with the Cutest Crew Bundle | Easy Handmade Card for Pet Lovers

I have to admit, it’s almost impossible to choose between the adorable cats and playful dogs in this bundle. Since I share my home with two cats, the kitties won this round! One is my energetic ginger troublemaker, and the other is my 21-pound tabby. (Don’t worry… he’s mostly just a very big-boned boy who could probably stand to lose three or four pounds. 😸)

This card came together so quickly, making it perfect when you need to create several cards in one crafting session. Simply swap the greeting and you’ll have cards for birthdays, thank-you notes, your favorite veterinarian, pet sitters, or anyone who loves their furry friends.

Card Measurements & Supplies

• Card Base: 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ Cloud Cover cardstock, scored at 4-1/4″
• Stamped Panel: 4-1/4″ x 1-5/8″ Basic White cardstock
• Mat Layer: 4-1/2″ x 2″ Secret Sea cardstock

How I Made the Card

1. Fold the Cloud Cover cardstock to create your card base.
2. Stamp the adorable cat images onto the Basic White panel using Memento Black Ink.
3. Color the cats with Stampin’ Blends in:
   • Timid Tiger
   • Crumb Cake
   • Gray Granite
   • Pecan Pie
   • Melon Mambo
4. Mount the colored panel to the Secret Sea mat using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
5. Adhere the layered panel to the center of the card front.
6. Stamp your sentiment directly onto the card base using Secret Sea Ink.
7. Add the paw print image around the sentiment with Cloud Cover Ink for a subtle background detail.
8. Finish the card with Array of Dots embellishments and a touch of Clear Wink of Stella for just the right amount of sparkle.

One of my favorite things about this design is how versatile it is. The simple layout lets the adorable stamped images shine, and changing the sentiment instantly creates a completely different card for almost any occasion.
