We just went on our annual Labor Day craft retreat and boy did I get a LOT done!! It is so nice to get away with the girls-meet new crafting buddies-and just get all these card ideas out of my head!
I was actually inspired by some one’s pattern paper that they were using for a fall album! I had to make this card with those gorgeous colors!!! It was a pretty quick card to make too!
I used Mint Macaron for the card base and then placed a piece of Harvest Meadow DSP on the card base. For the focal point, I used a piece of Crumb Cake that I cute a circle out from the Layering Circles dies. Then I ran it through the SCEM (Stamp, Cut, and Embossing Machine) with the Timber 3D embossing folder. Then I used a Stampin’ Sponge and Soft Suede ink to distress the sides a bit.

I used Early Espresso ink to stamp the sentiment and the pumpkins. Next, I used Stampin’ Blends to color the pumpkins before cutting them out with the coordinating Detailed Pumpkin dies. (Light and Dark of Cajun Craze, Mint Macaron, and Crumb Cake of each color were used)
I finished up the card with some Brushed Metallica Adhesive Backed gems and some Diamond Weave Ribbon tucked behind the sentiment. Oh, and don’t forget a little Wink of Stella on the pumpkin leaves!
