I will admit-when I first saw this Curvy Celebrations bundle as a pre-order last month, I figured I could wait until January to buy the bundle. After seeing sooo many sweet, elegant, eclectic, and creative uses for this bundle, I had to have it! Then I noticed that the Curvy Christmas and the Classic Christmas 6×6 paper are available only now through January 4, 2021! I bought the whole kit and caboodle!
Everyone can purchase this bundle or the individual items-grab them today to make your quick Christmas cards! This card was inspired by Dawn Olchefske’s creation that I found on Pinterest. I changed the bow to the Metallic Mesh ribbon and then used the more ornate curvy die.
Here is what I used to create this card: Curvy Christmas and Curvy dies ; Just Jade card base (8 1/2 “ x 5 ½”); DSP (1”x5 ¼”); Cherry Cobbler (5 ¼” x 3 1/2 “); Whisper White (4”x 5 1/4 “); Metallic Mesh Ribbon, Basic Rhinestones; Just Jade ink, Cherry Cobbler Ink; Basic Gray ink.
Use the curvy die of your choice and place it about at the half way point of the Cherry Cobbler cardstock and run through the Stamp, Cut, & Embossing machine. (SCEM) Next, I stamped the pine boughs with Just Jade-but to make the curves, I only inked up half of the stamp. Then you flip the stamp the other direction to follow the curve on the other side. Cut a strip of the Classic Christmas DSP to 1″x 5 1/4″ to place at the bottom.
Stamp the berries with Cherry Cobbler ink and the sentiment with Basic Gray. Then I tied the Metallic Mesh Ribbon in a knot and finished the card with some Basic Rhinestone jewels.
