It has been a busy start to 2019! After a whirlwind of events over the holidays and now I had a part time job fall into my lap! My physical therapist for the past 4 years hired me for his new clinic. I have missed working with patients! BUT-I am still crafting my heart out!
I had my Occasions Open house last weekend and this card was featured! I fell in love with the Flowering Desert set! Succulents and cacti are everywhere now! It’s a fun new image for making cards and other paper crafts!
I also used the Rectangle Stitched Framelits! This is one set of dies you HAVE to have! Paper saving, fun shapes, and that textured stitched look just adds great dimension to your creations!
Of course I had to add Wink of Stella! The Braided Linen Thread carried over! Halleluiah!

I am so ready for fall! This is the fifth card that I have made with the Blended Seasons bundle! I used the cut out from my previous card to create this simple fall card! We are making it tonight at my Sweet & Simple card class!
To create this beauty:
- Stamp the leaves with Early Espresso ink randomly on Soft Suede cardstock.
- Stamp thank you on a Crumb Cake piece and run it through the Big Shot with the smallest of the Stitched Seasons label die. (I centered the sentiment more towards the top to leave room for the embellishments)
- On a scrap of Very Vanilla, use the Watercolor Assortment #2 and color with Crushed Curry, Cajun Craze, and Granny Apple Green.
- Cut out 2 leaves and use Wink of Stella to blend the watercolors.
- Tie a bow with 2 pieces of Linen Thread.
- Dimensionals were used to pop up the sentiment piece and glue dots for the leaves & Gold Glimmer paper.

Here is another card idea for the Abstract Impressions set! This set has yielded at least 4 cards already! I had to try out the Highland Heather and Gorgeous Grape! I paired it to color the stems with Granny Apple Green and Lemon Lime Twist. The results are stunning!
This card was made for my Annual New Catalog Open House/Customer Appreciation this past weekend. There were goodie bags for those who attended, lots of retired items for sale (I can post a list if you are interested), tons of samples using new products, and wonderful friendships celebrated! It was a great turn out! And a dear friend took the plunge and joined my team!
My 8 year old begged to make a card with us and I was thrilled with his results! I didn’t help him one bit! So proud!!
Here are some samples of the new In Colors:

I am really addicted to the Daisy Delight Bundle! You can make so many different cards, scrapbook pages, and 3-D projects! I made this card for my Sweet & Simple class & Card Class at the Cancer Support Community Center that I hold once a month. A fellow friend/demonstrator here in Frisco showed me a similar card and I had to make my own twist on it!
First, I punched out a Whisper White daisy with the Daisy Punch and placed it aside. Then I used a 2 7/8″ square of Calypso Coral and placed a dot in the center.
I took my ruler and measured corner to corner. It was 4″ so I marked lightly at 2″ and then rotated to measure the opposite corners. I marked that at 2″ to get me close to perfect center. This way when I punched it, I could see the center.
When you place the Calypso Coral (with dimensionals on the back) on top of the Whisper White, you create a daisy from the negative space. I placed the Whisper White Daisy on top rotated to may a fluffy daisy.
I then add the beautiful Calypso Coral Ombre’ Ribbon and matted the daisy with Basic Gray. I did use Wink of Stella on the center of the daisy. I stamped off the solid center with Smoky Slate, then followed with full strength of Smoky Slate. Then toped it off with the Wink of Stella.
I love how simple and clean it turned out! Thanks for stopping by!
Do you want a simple but “WOW” card for Valentine’s Day? The Sealed with Love Bundle/Suite is perfect! I have used this bundle a lot already (and I have more ideas in my head too!)-so it will be a perfect addition to your stash!
The Heart Border from the Love Notes Framelits is just too cute! I love how they pop up to give your card dimension! The Sent with Love DSP pack is filled with tons of great patterns with a simple palate of Real Red and Whisper White! It’s beginner friendly! I also added the Stitched Framelits to add some more texture to the card. I topped it off with Whisper White Baker’s Twine and some Rhinestones! I love how this card turned out!

I have realized the past couple of days that I LOVE this new limited edition bundle and Crumb Cake as the base! But I had this idea in my head and it turned out pretty cute!
I took the stamp from Thoughtful Branches and stamped it in Crushed Curry ink. Then I took markers and tapped them on the stamp to bounce color randomly! I used Cajun Craze, Always Artichoke. Chocolate Chip, and Tangerine Tango. Stamped a little grass and the trunk before cutting out a bird and an apple.
I love the new burlap ribbon! I also dyed the Whisper White baker’s twine with rubbing alcohol and Always Artichoke reinker.
Hope you like today’s card!!
Here is my adorable son Gavin and his creation! Can you tell he’s grown up with my Stampin’ Up! Too cute and I am a proud mommy!
