I love everything Christmas! The traditional colors are my favorite! The Frosted Floral Suite showcases a stunning color combo in the Holiday Catalog! My favorite product in this suite is the gorgeous pearlized Frosted Floral Specialty Designer Series Paper! The designers put together the perfect balance of Blackberry Bliss, Blushing Bride, Gray Granite, Merry Merlot, Mint Macaron, Mossy Meadow, Night of Navy, Pear Pizzazz, Pineapple Punch, Powder Pink, Soft Seafoam, and Tranquil Tide.
I love the deep jewel tones of the Blackberry Bliss and Tranquil Tide. I started with those two colors and then started building my palate. I added a touch of Mint Macaron, Blushing Bride, and Gray Granite. This is a Christmas Stamp a Stack card for next weekend. I made a video to show the tips and tricks to this card. But, it really is a simple card to make.
You know I had to add a touch of Wink to this card! Rhinestones also add some bling along with the Braided Linen Trim! I love how these non-traditional colors make the season feel cool and frosted!

Every month I hold stamp club where the girls get to make 3 projects, with one card that is a technique. I was blessed to have completed all my techniques for the rest of this year! This month I found this awesome and popular Black Ice technique!
It’s so simple to make too! Just follow the instructions below:
Stamp your image onto Silver Foil paper with StazOn Black.
Take the StazOn and then drag up and down, and side to side. You just want some random streaks of black. The StazOn works best to prevent smearing.
Let it dry for a minute or two. Then take VersaMark and drag up and down & side to side.
Sprinkle Clear Embossing Powder on the whole thing and tap off excess.
Heat set the whole piece. It takes a little longer than the metallic embossing powders. The image will appear very crisp and deep black. Plus the Silver will really pop!
We used the hostess set Very Vintage for this card. We randomly stamped the vintage doily with Smoky Slate for a background. Then we ran the Basic Gray piece through the Big Shot using the Subtle Embossing Folder. Finished it with a sentiment and some ribbon in the back.
I hope you enjoyed this technique as much as we did! I may make one with the Beautiful Blizzard set next!

Wow!! The dist-ink-tive stamps in the Healing Hugs is just stunning! Look at the detail!! Berry Burst is still one of my favorite 2017-2019 In Colors! I paired it up with Granny Apple Green! (I LOVE THIS Color!) It still gives a pop of green with out being too bright! I still love Lemon Lime Twist, but this is a new option for pops of color!
I made this card for my upcoming Sweet & Simple class next week (6/27/18 @ 7pm for my local peeps). I did use the cross-stitch patterned stamp as a color on color image on the card base. It needed extra depth-but I didn’t want to use the Big Shot on both cards for this class. I hold a class one evening every month and rotate the night. I like to have this class available for people that are new to stamping or need a quick creative fix!
June 22nd is the last day to get your FREE Creative Card Class to Go! This is great for people that cannot make classes but love to create! It gives you 3 designs with the same stamp set/bundle!
I taught my stamp club how to make a No Line Watercolor image. Just love how it makes the girl seem like she’s moving! So soft and sweet!
I took Sweet Sugarplum, Pool Party, Pink Pirouette, Daffodil Delight, and Tip Top Taupe Stampin’ Write markers and colored the image directly on the stamp. TIP: I use the side of the brush tip to avoid tearing up the tip by coloring straight up and down.
I then used a clean clear block to use as my pallet. I colored a little of the color I was going to use directly on the block. Then I picked up the color with my clean blender pen.
Color in your image as desired! Just beautiful!
I love how the doilies add more soft texture to the card as well as the stitched oval. I cut about 3″ of Blushing Bride 3/8″ Stitched Satin Ribbon and Gold 1/4′ Natural Trim and placed it underneath the saying. The saying is one of my favorites!! The set has several great saying to go with the other 2 images. The background paper is from the Falling in Love DSP.

Cupcake Carousel is such a fun and retro/vintage set! I love this whole suite of goodies!! The 6×6 paper stack, the stamp set, the colors, and the embellishment set are just yummy!
This card was really simple to make, but packs a WOW punch! I started off by stamping the carousel horse with Early Espresso onto Very Vanilla. I used a Blender Pen to erase the pennants on his reigns. I then colored with Calypso Coral, Bermuda Bay, So Saffron, Soft Sky, and Gold Wink of Stella for the pole. To color his tail and mane, I just used the blender pen to blend the Early Espresso into the Very Vanilla areas. I used the Stitched Framelits-THESE ARE A MUST HAVE- to cut out the horse. I did flick some Early Espresso onto the card by using a strip of glue dot paper. You just need to add your ink to the paper, add water, and flick with your finger from behind the paper. Please practice first on scratch paper! I then stamped the circus tent in Bermuda Bay on Bermuda Bay card stock. To balance the side-I used the 6×6 paper as an accent. Speaking of accents: you have to check out the fun tassels, bows, and other goodies in the embellishment kit! I used 2 glue dots to adhere the tassel. I did use the ribbon that comes in the kit to tie a bow through the loop first.
I finished off by using the Tin of Cards sentiment on Calypso Coral. What a fun card!!
Sad news on the Sale a Bration items: the Card Tin is sold out. But there are still plenty of other great items you can earn with every $50 spent! But hurry, March 31st is the last day!
Don’t forget to order your Creative Kit to Go by March 18th! I promise these are super cute!! Happy Stampin’
I love my customers and my upline/downline!! They are my dear friends that we have bonded through crafting. When it comes to sending Christmas cards, it can get a little tricky. They have more than likely made the cards I have on hand every year. So, I found a simple design on Pinterest (sorry, I deleted the person’s name-thank you for your inspiration!) and I added my own twist to it! I first layered the Warm Wishes Washi tape onto Crumb Cake cardstock. I cut out the ornate ornaments from the Merry Tags Framelits using Gold Foil. The rest fell together quite nicely!
TIP: I showed you the assembly line so you could see how I paper saved! I cut out the circle from the Garden Green mat so I didn’t waste cardstock! Great for making multiple cards!
I used a red sharpie to color our Rhinestones to add that sparkle to the ornament! I am taking a few days to spend with family and to reflect on the blessings God has given me this year! Especially for riding with me through the storm of breast cancer.
