We had a crazy week last week! We live in North Texas and we had a storm roll through last Tuesday night. It caused straight line wind damage to our 26 year old trees! We have one left in tact. One had to be completely removed since it split in half and half was on the house! Our alley was completely blocked by the back two trees and it damaged part of our fence. So hopefully I get a pass for not posting last week!

We did continue with the Mystery Stamping Event via Zoom last Friday. These have been so much fun and seeing everyone’s creations has been so rewarding! I made a power point on how to make a Half-Z Fold and I shared it with the Zoom group. I really need some masculine birthday cards and the Come Sail Away suite doesn’t disappoint! Having a suite really helps coordinate your creations and makes them look professional!
To create this Half Z Fold:
•9”x 5 ½ ” card base of your color choice. Score at 1 7/8″ and at 4 7/8″
2 designs of coordinating Designer Series Paper (DSP) or patterned paper: Main Focal pattern: 2 ¾ ” X 5 ¼” & another with that same pattern 1 ¼ “ x 5 ¼ “; another pattern cut to 1 ½” x 5 ¼”
•2 5/8” x 5-1/4” Whisper White for inside the card.
Adhere your matching 2 DSP pieces to the card base to the front part of the card and the smaller on the right-hand side. –Adhere the Whisper White next to that flush with the 5 ½ side. –Add the last piece of DSP to the small fold.
Then you choose a shape for your anchor piece (mine is the anchor/happy birthday piece)

There are some great deals on the Last Chance products and you can order the Ornate Garden Suite items too! I am at a much needed craft retreat playing with Pre-Order items! (it just re-opened May 1st-it’s only 3 of us-and we are the first since the stay at home started).
Here is the host code for this month! Remember that if you order more than $150-you can enjoy the host benefits for yourself!
Stay safe! Blessings!
