This is one of my favorite quotes, so I had to buy theĀ Layered Love set on the pre-order! I took watercolor paper and did a water color wash of Pool Party and let it dry.Ā Then I did a 2nd water color wash with Flirty Flamingo and let it dry.Ā Then it was time to heat emboss!Ā So I picked gold because I love it with pink colors!!
How to watercolor wash
- Drop a few drops of re-inker onto the lid of that same color ink pad.Ā Using the aqua painter, drop a few drops of water to the ink drops.Ā Mix and wash over your water color paper!
I used the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits to add the dimension behind the heart.Ā I also used the new Sweet and Sassy Framelit set for the heart!Ā You get 15 different sizes!!Ā Score!
Can you believe I didn’t use Wink of Stella?Ā I did use an old favorite retired tool.Ā The marker spritzer.
