Lovely Arrangements Card – Soft Florals & Elegant Texture

There is something so satisfying about creating a card where every element works together beautifully, and that is exactly what happens with the Lovely Blossoms Suite Collection. The soft florals, elegant textures, and perfectly coordinated colors make it simple to create a card that feels polished and special.

For today’s card, I wanted to highlight the delicate elegance of a single floral element while letting the textures and patterned paper do the rest of the storytelling.

My card begins with a Secret Sea card base, which creates a rich, sophisticated foundation for the design. I layered a piece of Cloud Cover cardstock that was embossed using the Lovely Stripe 3D Embossing Folder. The subtle striped texture adds dimension without overwhelming the softness of the card.

To create the focal point, I used the Lovely Arrangements Dies to cut a single beautiful flower. Sometimes one well-placed element is all a card needs to shine!

The flower rests on a soft “pillow” made from the Cloud Cover 5/8″ Ribbon, which adds a luxurious layered look while keeping the overall design light and airy. Surrounding the flower are pieces from the Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper, featuring those elegant, gentle hues that tie the whole card together.
