Create Stunning Daisy Cards with Daffodil Delight & Navy

Some color combinations just sing—and for me, Misty Moonlight, Daffodil Delight, Basic White, and Night of Navy are pure magic when paired with daisies. Today’s project features the You Are Remarkable Stamp Set, a favorite for its elegant floral line art and heartfelt sentiments.

This daisy design is all about celebrating the remarkable people in your life. I love to add the deep blues with white & yellow for a classic daisy themed card.

Supplies Used

• Stamps: You Are Remarkable, Blooming Phrases (sentiment)
• Dies: Textured Notes Dies (for layering accents)
• Embossing: Mini Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder (retired)
• Ink Pads: Garden Green, Pecan Pie, Daffodil Delight, Night of Navy
• Cardstock: Misty Moonlight, Night of Navy, Basic White
• Extras: Wink of Stella Clear Glimmer Pen

Step-by-Step Tutorial

1. Card Base
   • Cut Misty Moonlight cardstock to 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ and score at 4-1/4″.
2. Embossed Layer
   • Add a panel of Misty Moonlight (4″ x 5-1/4″) run through the Mini Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder. This adds instant texture and rustic charm.
3. Floral Focal Point
   • Stamp the daisy from You Are Remarkable in Memento Black on Basic White cardstock. Then cut out with the Textured Notes Dies.
   • Color the petals in Daffodil Delight and the center in Pecan Pie.
   • Cut the panel with the Textured Notes Dies for a detailed edge.
4. Sentiment
   • Stamp a greeting from the Blooming Phrases Stamp Set in Night of Navy ink. The tall shape of the sentiment pairs perfectly beside the daisy.
5. Assembly
   • Layer your embossed Basic White panel onto Night of Navy cardstock.
   • Pop the daisy panel up with Dimensionals.
6. Finishing Touches
   • Brush the daisy petals with the Wink of Stella Glimmer Pen for a subtle shimmer that catches the light beautifully.

Design Tips

✨ Try heat embossing the daisy outline in white on Night of Navy cardstock for a dramatic twist.
✨ Layer scraps of embossed corrugated cardstock behind your sentiment strip for added depth.
✨ A Misty Moonlight ribbon or enamel dots will balance the design without distracting from the flower.
