Have you seen the Mixed Media Floral Suite in the Online Exclusives section? You are in for a delightful treat! It’s filled with cheerful colors, vibrant patterns, and beautiful imagery ready to color! It was one of the first on my list when it was available on pre-order! I designed this for my Stamp Club, and they loved all the spring colors!
To create this card, I looked at the back of the Mixed Media Florals DSP for the color combination. I have always loved how Calypso Coral and Petal Pink play off each other. I stamped the tulips with Stazon black on our Fluid 100 Watercolor paper. Next, I used our Water Painters and the Watercolor Pencils (Flirty Flamingo, Calypso Coral, Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green) to color the image. Our Watercolor pencils are so smooth when you use water with them!
Everyday Arches are a new addition to our Online Exclusives, too! I bought just the dies to use them as a more unique backdrop for my focal point. I did run the Basic White cardstock through with the Plaster 3D folder for more texture. I added the Open Weave Gold ribbon for subtle texture! I finished the card by using the Iridescent Foil Gems and some Wink of Stella.
