After jumping into various social media rabbit holes, I started to see how essential this stamp set is! There are 5 stamps included to help carry you through this holiday season! First off, it is great for those who are new to stamping and making papercrafts! You can yield gorgeous results with just stamps, ink, and paper! Secondly, it is one of the stamps that are created with Distinctive Ink. These stamps were designed by our concept artists to show shading and details that make the stamped image look realistic. My last outtake (so far) is that you can use this for quick projects for the holidays! Imagine a tablescape with personalized name tags, hanging a festive tag on a wine bottle gift for a host, or even gift tags!
I made this card for my Sweet & Simple class last month. Let me say, it was a hit! The girls were amazed at what a little dauber and ink can do! To create this natural leaf coloring, you just need a few ink pads & daubers. I used Daffodil Delight as my first ink on the whole stamp. Then I followed it with a dauber for each color: Pumpkin Pie, Cajun Craze, and Pecan Pie. A quick huff on the stamp to re-moisten the ink, and poof! You have a colorful fall leaf! They all come out different!
I used the Leaf Fall 3D folder (that is still available under Online Exclusives) with a 5″x 3 1/4″ piece of Pretty Peacock. I stamped the leaf on a 4 3/4″x 3″ piece of Very Vanilla and added a 1″ x 3″ strip of the VERY popular All About Autumn 6×6 DSP. My finishing touches were adding the Natural 1/4″ Wavy Trim, the Adhesive Backed Sequins Trio, and a touch of Wink of Stella on the leaf tips.
