I am so happy that it is finally starting to feel like fall here in Texas! I wanted to create some cards to celebrate the season! One of the bundles that I will treasure for a long time is the Colorful Seasons bundle! It is a must have for a new stamper too! It covers all the seasons and has such beautiful dies to coordinate with the images! Not to mention the paper, color combos, and accessories to boot!
Part of my monthly stamp club includes a technique. The members get a sample of the technique and a small blurb that explains how to create it again. When they first join, they receive a journal to put these in so they have it to look back on for a handy (and pretty) reference!
This card plays up the Emboss Resist technique. I just switched the embossing powder to Copper! I then used Sponge Daubers to rub Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie, Cajun Craze, and Cherry Cobbler. (in that order) I started with the middle of the leaf towards the stem. I only used the Cherry Cobbler on the tips of the leaves. I then cut them out as well as one Copper Foil leaf.
I just love how the Copper Foil, Copper Embossing Folder, and Copper Thread make this card pop!
