I still remember looking through this catalog in April and coming across this suite! I shrieked loud enough that people down the hall in the hotel had to of heard me! I LOVE my Starbucks!! So this was just a pleasant surprise-even the color combos!!
So this month’s club I wanted to make a card that was a little different. An easel card fit the bill! And they are so easy! The Coffee Break suite has super cute framelits that can cut out cups, tops, beans, shapes, and cupcakes! Plus a cute whipped cream (or poop emoji) shape too! To make an easel card you start with a 11″x 4 1/4″ piece of cardstock. Score at 5 1/2″ and fold like a normal tent card. Then you will take the front and fold it back on it’s self and crease. That will be the part to place your Tear & Tape. Then decorate a 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ piece to place on top of the folded back part with the tape.
It will lay flat and look like a normal card until you prop it up on the pearl stoppers. The inside of the card is hard to see since it’s Crumb Cake.
Here a top view and you can see the DSP strip peeking out. I just love the beans!!
And of course I had to use Wink of Stella clear for the whipped cream!! I made a clear lid with the Window Sheets. And the corrugated pieces are just to stinkin’ cute!!
