Cool Treats Shaker

My girls at stamp club have been asking to learn how to make shaker cards!  So, wish granted!  How cute did this turn out?  I used the Cool Treats Bundle and the Sprinkles Embellishments to add the FUN!

They are a lot easier to make than they look!  The Foam Adhesive Strips make it super simple to make your shaker hold all the contents!

First: Choose your image and stamp in on a base piece/shape of your choice.  I used the Layering Ovals here.

Next: Cut out a piece of Window Sheet to match the above shape. (It must be the same size to keep all the pieces inside the shaker)

Next: Add a Oval Frame to go on top of the window sheet.  Be sure it’s wide enough to cover the Foam Adhesive.

Putting it all together: Take your Foam Adhesive Strip and lay it down & bend it to make the contour of your shape.  Push down to ensure it’s adhered.  Then add your sprinkles (glitter, sand, sequins).  Use the embossing buddy on the window sheet before to remove any static. (especially for glitter).  Wipe the evident residue off.  Then peel off the top layer of the foam adhesive and attach window sheet.  I finished it off with Fast Fuse to the matching frame.

All done!  I would recommend a bubble mailer and extra postage so it doesn’t get damaged if you mail it.

Who wouldn’t want to get this on their birthday??

STAY TUNED!  We are off to On Stage this weekend in Shreveport!!  I will post a ton of pictures and a few sneak peeks that I can of the upcoming catalog!
